Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (Awarding Body Pearson)

Who is the qualification for?

This qualification is for those who assess in a work and a training environment.

What are the entry requirements?

Two candidates who are working towards their qualification must be available for the Assessor candidate to assess in both a work environment and training environment.

Prior to starting course:

We discuss with candidates what needs to be in place to ensure that the requirements of the course can be met and that the candidate can actually carry out the assessment practice to obtain the required evidence. Preparation at this stage ensures that the course can be completed in the shortest possible time.

Induction:

We provide two options for induction to this qualification. We run an initial one day course where we invite a group of candidates to attend. Alternatively, we will carry out a shorter personalized individual induction for candidates who request this. The personalized induction is designed very specifically for candidates who want us to focus on them, their award and the paperwork they will need to use. The individual induction can usually be arranged at short notice to suit the candidate and the employer.
